SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We strive to get your shipment to you as soon as possible. If your order is placed by 5pm Monday thru Thursday we can usually get it out the next business day. We are closed on Sunday & Monday unless we come in for appointments, so please expect your shipment to go out Tuesday or after if placed after 12pm Friday thru Monday. During our busy Holiday season you may experience a delay in shipping. We will still get items shipped as quickly as possible; however, if you are in need of something very quickly please contact us via email & #1 make sure the item is definitely in-stock & #2 make sure we can get your item to you when you need it. We reserve the right to ship your package via the best cost-effective way available should you choose the regular USPS shipping. For your convenience during the Holidays we have added USPS priority & USPS priority rush shipping options. USPS priority RUSH will get your package out the same day Guaranteed via Priority mail (unless the order is placed after closing, on a day that we are closed, or if there is a posting of special shipping arrangements due to vacations etc). USPS priority will also go priority mail, but it will not likely go out until the following business day. If there is a complication with the order and a delay is neccessary, we will contact you ASAP.

Please make sure your paypal ship-to address is current, as this is the address that your shipment is sent to.

First Class shipments will take approximately 2-9 days from the time of shipment to arrive to destinations within the US.

Priority Shipments will take 2-3 days from the time of shipment to arrive to destinations within the US. However, we can not guarantee this time frame as USPS does not guarantee it.

International Shipping Rates

Orders $0.00-$100.00=$15.00 Orders $100.00-$150.00=$20.00 Orders $150.00 -$200.00=$25.00 Orders $200.00-$250.00=$27.00 Orders $250.00 and above=$15.00

Canadian orders generally take 10-14 days to arrive at destination after shipping.

International orders arrive 5 days to 2 weeks (depending upon the destination of the shipment) after shipping.

We can not be responsible for lost international packages or customs fees collected by your country. Insurance is recommended for all international shipments. If you are an international customer and would like to purchase insurance, please email for a quote and insurance can or will be added to your order.

ADDITIONAL INFO & POLICIES:

Please note that we have a physical store location & some items are made by designers on a limited quantity basis; therefore, a situation may arise where a particular item is being sold in the store around the same time you are trying to purchase online. This situation will be rare & may be more likely to occur during the Holidays or seasonal clearance times, but just know that it could happen anytime. If this happens during the regular season you will be contacted first to let you know & then we will also attempt to locate another one from the designer/company (only if it is a current season item or a custom item). If we are in agreement on terms & waiting for the item to arrive, then we will proceed with the sale. Worse case scenario...you will receive an email from us & we can agree on something to replace your item or we will refund your paypal account. We will attempt to email you first, so please make sure we have your correct email address. Please note that we will not contact you to replace an item if it is a clearance item. If you order mutiple items & we are out of stock of an item/s but the other item/s are available, we will ship the item/s available & do a partial refund to your paypal account for any unavailable items. In some instances we may substitute a similar item ie bottle caps when one is out of stock. Thank you in advance for your patience & understanding.

REFUND, RETURNS, & CANCELLATION POLICIES:

We strive to provide you with excellent service and merchandise. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE on all FULL-priced items (non-sale items) with the exception of personalized items or special-orders. All returns are subject to the following conditions:

ALL returns REQUIRE a return authorization. Please send an email to: returns@lollipoptotz.com requesting the exchange or return of an item noting the reason for the return within 3 days of receiving your item. We will then reply with instructions for the return. Please enclose a copy of your receipt. Insurance is strongly recommended as we will not be held responsible for lost packages. Once a return authorization is issued, the items must arrive back to Lollipop Totz WITHIN 5 DAYS. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION & THE RA #!!! Returns will be EXCHANGED or given STORE CREDIT only---WE CANNOT GIVE MONEY BACK! If you refuse a package sent from us & it gets returned without authorization you will be given a STORE CREDIT of the lowest price the item has sold for in the store within the last 6 months. Store credits expire after 6 months & cannot be redeemed after they have expired....no exceptions.

All original tags MUST be attached. It must be unworn and in new condition. This includes FREE OF SMOKE or any unpleasant scents and free of pet hair. Please pack the item in all it's original packaging when possible. Items on sale or clearance can only be exchanged for a different size of the same item. Any items not purchased at full retail are considered sale items. Any returns that we may accept, at our discretion, that do not meet our return criteria will be given a store credit at the item's current sales price. We will work fast to exchange your items. Please feel free to contact us if you have a question about a return or exchange. Special situations may arise & be handled in a different manner at our discretion.

Swimsuits are non-refundable. Accessories are non-refundable. Clearance items are non-refundable. Holiday items and formalwear are considered a final sale. This includes velvet, silk and satin outfits. Any holiday items returned within 4 weeks prior to the date of the holiday can be exchanged for a different size or issued a store credit for the current selling price of the item being returned. After only 2 weeks remain until the holiday, items can no longer be returned for credit.

Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your purchase credit. Orders shipped with gifts and/or promotions will have the value of this gift/promotion deducted from your purchase credit.

Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged: Original Shipping costs, Special orders, or personalized items. We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases. We will not accept returns on items that were damaged while worn, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn. Please feel free to call me if there is a special situation & if it can be resolved with the manufacturer I will gladly take care of it. I am here for you, so I do my best to fix any situation that I deem "not your fault" & in which I have control over. I will certainly always try to be fair, although I know there are times when you just can't make everyone happy.

PRE-SALE ITEMS

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. As you place your order, these items are reserved for you and taken from our available stock. We then ship the items when they arrive in our store. Because these items are no longer available for others to purchase, and as our inventory is purchased we re-order available stock, any cancelled and/or returned orders/items will be subject to a 25% cancellation & absorption fee. We will do our best to exchange sizes for you, but if unavailable an in-store credit will be issued. Unfortunately, there are times when the manufacturer cannot fulfill our complete order. If this is the case, you will be notified via email and a full refund by store credit only will be issued to you once we hear back from you.
